Subject: What should I charge the friendly coop employee to rent my skid loader?

Southeast Colorado
I plan to charge by the hour. He's tearing down a house in town on a lot he just bought and is going to move in one of those portable cabins or a trailer house. He just wants to clean up the lot.

My skid loader is a New Holland LX 885. It has the no flat air boss tires so it'll be good in the nails/etc. Also I'm going to let him use the bucket along with a separate hydraulic grapple attachment. My loader is 20 years old now...........but it's in great shape with only about 700 hours on it.

I've gotten pretty well acquainted with him over the last couple of years that he's been employed there and he's a good hard worker with a big family and could probably use a little help..............but I for sure don't want or need to just give the use of this thing away.
