Subject: video was 6 years old

Pittsburg, Kansas
Bare minimum about 2000. Older adults or over weight adults 5,000 neighborhood. Not any problem up to 10,000 a day for adults and testing at much higher levels showed no toxicity.

Minimal 30 level for Vit D 25 hydroxy test. Optimum is 50-60 or above. Much higher levels than previously thought.

RDA was based on flawed math and interpretation of data and has never been corrected. Many more studies since then show benefit. We store up Vit D in our fat in the summer and it depletes through the winter. Viral and flu patterns follow Vit D patterns. As Vit D depletes diseases take hold. Most people are vit D low levels or deficient because of current lifestyle (lots of indoor time) and living northern lattitudes. Dark skin people are worse being deficient because their genetics are more from tropical areas with more sun exposure.

It is not in this video but taking vitamin K2 with D3 is a good idea. Supplements are available with both for the same or not much more cost than D3 alone. Here are a couple we have bought and used. Not recomending them, just what we have done.

That video is 6 years old, by the way. This information has been available for quite some time. Everything later confirms what the Doc was saying.
