| You will see a whole different side of society you never knew existed. We had a 3 year old that couldn’t talk, ate out of her bowl like a dog, I had to sleep by her crib and hold her hand all night long, and would choke who ever tried to give her a bath. We do know her dad said he would have killed her and her brother except he got money for them from the state. Who knew what all she had seen. Be prepared for some trauma, both the kids and on you. You don’t do it for the thanks. You do it because we are called to do it. | |
