Subject: 1990’s horsepower vs today

I’m looking for a tractor to go on grain cart, potentially pull a 16/31 Kinze planter(finger pickup, boxes), run a 20 ft disk and 24 ft field cultivator and other odds and ends. I’m looking for value more so than a price point but would like to keep it under $90,000. Interested in anything as new as an 6000-8000R series and as old as a 55-60 series. I’m struggling with what direction to go because when looking at tractors I see 6210Rs with 210 horse then I see 4960’s with 225. For instance- I’m confident a 4960 would pull a 28 ft Salford but doubt a 6210R would. If I want an 8R at that price point it’s going to have 8000 hrs(or higher than normal) Any suggestions or does anyone have a tractor they love that’s big enough to do these jobs but not so gaudy priced that it’ll scare me away? Any advice is appreciated!
