I may be wrong, I'm sure they can put whatever language they want in it, but I was under the impression that a "Prenup" was to help in cases of divorce, not really death...So I would agree that it may not be a bad idea to have one, but one would think that they would probably not planning on getting a divorce being 70 already...are you really gonna find something better?
