Personally I’m using my service providers recommended DNS.

I have no reason not to trust my provider
I’m curious are you using the warp app and if so are there fees? I see there is a 1.1.1.1 on app on apples App Store with in app purchases.
Interesting DNS find. I recognized google as your second choice. Had to lookup your original DNS choices.
