coast of Maine | I had photo but it doesnt do justice.Made another Elk meat crust pizza and added Georgia shrimp as part of toppings,,,fantastic..Lb ground elk,lb ground beef combine for crust with some seasonings,,broil on a pizza stone or other til sort of crisp,,,then spread a mix of 3 eggs and 1 cup almond flour onto hot meat..then sauce ,italian seasoning...then cheese....then precooked shrimp(so they dont get tough put in lower level),,sausage,onions,,peppers,,canned mushrooms (was lazy ) then a bunch of pepperonis,,then a slight sprinkle of mozzarella to aid in cohesion of all the toppings,,,baked on 525 for 16 min or so,,,was my best yet as the shrimp really shine for flavor,,even had a slice at 4:30 am for breakfast ,,, hehe | |
