ND | About 12' of 3" line, I have no idea the underground setup aside from there is a stop and waste valve 12' down next to the big line. They were to put in a water fill(for spraying) and hydrant for us but that was "too labor intensive" so we just have about 10 feet of black poly sticking out of the ground.
It's a half section with the pipe at about the line between northern third and middle.
Days to irrigate...I suspose that would be something to play around with for a few years? I mean the last 2 years has been a drought so the current idea would be enough to carry the crop into mid July, but if it works good to great, put corn up there for combining and silage. Wet years up there we get armpit high hay barley and poor years maybe up to your knee. | |
