Subject: Win10 webcam viewing problem

East central Iowa

I can view http://www.thecrush.tv/deer-cams/live-deer-cam just fine on my win7 computer but on my newer HP Laptop that came with win10 the site loads then stops running then goes a little then stops and sometimes I get the message that the video can't be played.

I've use a wireless adapter on the win7 to check for a wireless problem and then used the same adapter on the laptop but while the desktop worked fine the laptop still worked the same

I booted the laptop up with UBUNTU and tried both the windows and wifi adapter while running chrome and the site worked.  I tried running the laptop with win10 and used Chrome, Opera, Brave, Firefox and Tor Browser, all failed so it's not just Firefox or some add on.

the message I get on the laptop is

This video file cannot be played.(Error Code: 232001)

The laptop has both Intel graphics and Nvidia graphics, I tried both.  The laptop has 8GB of memory.

The only thing I haven't tried is an wired connection.  That wouldn't really solve the problem anyway.

I also couldn't find any answer in Defender.

The other streaming websites all seem to work fine.
