I'm looking for the narrow locking ring for a 24 inch rear wheel on a letour near LS scraper. The guy in Oakes North Dakota is supposed to have one, but I can't seem to get him to send it, I've been trying for 2 months. If someone has one or lives near oakes I'd pay them to get ahold of one and send it to me. My number is 660-424-0359.
