Northeast Indiana | If you can afford to pay rent on the bin, and make the deal good for your landlord paying for the bin, why can't you just put up the bin yourself, or if it is a good deal for you, why does the land lord want to pay to put up a bin? I guess I just don't understand how it could be a great deal for both parties, unless the landlord is also going to get to take advantage of the bin storage for his crop also.
Edit: If you can afford to pay the rent on the bin and that rent be profitable for the landlord, I would think you could afford the loan for the bin itself.
