north-central Indiana west of Fulton | A few nice up grades......heavier conveyer chain and slates....but no poly liner on the floor of the conveyer like the old one. Also the front conveyer only runs one direction, unlike the old one which you could run both ways. We at times would unload out the side with out the extension, so that we didn’t have to back up the slick slope into the barn.
The front auger turns the opposite direction from the old one, which might be better when unloading ground hay. Hopefully it might not hair pin at the door opening.
The arm for the scales head is nicer , but not a huge deal. |
