I know there's a lot of variables, but looking for ballpark ideas of what I may be looking at.

$1000 per acre, to go from that to usable ground.
double that and maybe closer, we had a real thick nasty tree job done and it was close to 4k an acre, luckily wasnt many acres, unbelievable I need my own excavator!
