I enjoy getting various take on topics.  Our Stock Talk Community is Great.  This thread being in Market Talk offers serous different perspectives about the current and future status of the beef industry.  I would encourage all to review the thread if you have not.  The people responding tend to be other producers that have left the industry and moved on to grain enterprises.  The tread has generated very good discussion. 

My personal thoughts have to due with age, lack of future generation to take over.  And the current political climate in our country against capitalism, pro socialism, green energy, regulations and everything else that has been turned upside down by the progressive lunatics.  I could very easy find exit stage right and get very lazy very fast.  The king that I have produced food for in the past might have to find out if this Frankincense plant edible non meat is ready for duty.  I have said in the past I will have cows till the day I die.  But I do not have to have this many.
