Central Minnesota | Not sure of your location. But i had these guys build me a pit in 2011. Similar to lowry pit, but a little different. Only really had a couple issues 2 years ago, when set screw came loose on the upper bearing by the drive. It allowed to much pressure on the poly bushing they put on the bottom instead of a bearing. Other than that it's worked great.
