Leave your name and number and I will call you back. SPEAK LOUDLY ..... AND SLOWLY. I'm old. I can't hear well and can't remember squat. I likely can't find an ink pen to write it down because they are almost obsolete. And I damn sure can't remember it, so repeat it at least twice. SLOWLY. More times if you want me to actually call you back.
That ought to do it.
