Publicly reported costs to the US back in November were
Pfizer $19.50/ dose
Moderna $25.00/dose
I saw a recent report of 19.50 and 15 respectively but don’t know how accurate that is. Same source (BMJ) quoted J&J at approx $8.50 And Oxford/Astrazenica at $4.50 as a result of a pledge to not profit from their vaccines.
