Had a dealer in South Dakota tell me not to run 15-40 in them but to run 10-30 rotella because of this issue... Don’t shoot the messenger.... just what they told me. I would definitely plug it into a scanner.... those trucks are like farmers they don’t like to admit when they are hurt.... aka they don’t turn the check engine light on until something big is going on. Even though they might have thrown an engine code. Good luck!
