Subject: Bleeding Hydraulic Clutch

Working on a older Dodge Truck with a hydraulic clutch. Reservoir was empty of fluid, I filled reservoir with brake fluid but can't get it to pump up.  What is the best/easiest way to get it bled?  There is a bleed screw on the slave cylinder but not the master cylinder.   Master cylinder and slave cylinder are similar to the pictures at this link.  TIA
