| I have had 5 bankers in 45 years plus one insurance company for RE loans. Of the 4 I don't deal with anymore only one of the of the departures were just the loan officers fault. They always want to blame their bad behavior on a change in bank policy or a change in my financial statement. I found out after the fact that the 4th loan officer was telling the board he was really "grilling me". I just figured I was too old and in too good of shape to put up with that crap and just walked into the first bank I saw and took my business with me . Every year my new banker tells me that I am the last farmer he is worried about. And I tell him I might irritate him but not worry him.
