Currently have an S7 that I like but has some problems.  Don't want the newest one out there.  I've been looking at the "renewed" S9's.  I'm currently on Verizon.  There are some price differences between on that is "fully unlocked" and on that is designated Verizon.  The unlocked seems to be cheaper.  What is the way to go?
