South Georgia		So can you just decline PLC/ARC? My understanding was that if a FSN had cotton base, you couldn't have STAX. Is that not correct?

Not planting a lot of cotton now, but that might be useful info. I had STAX for 4 years. It paid good one of those 4, and GREAT once.
