Linneus Mo. | My opnion Stores are just now finally charging the cost of what it takes to sell the stuff. All these years it has been a loss leader. NO more. Covid has made it apparent that we can charge for staples. also as disposable income gets eaten up by rising gas prices people will only buy essentials. They will make money where they can. All the while we get less.
