Certain lugs can be rated to capture more than one wire. It is usually printed on the lug or the fine print of the panel. It also will tell the size range and composition of the wire it will accept such as 1/0-4/0 Cu/AL which means you can insert a copper or AL wire with a size range of 1/0 to 4/0 THe example below is on the neutral but it is the same concept. I suggest to get the make a model of disconnect and take it to an electrical supplier that carries that brand and see if they offer a triple lug for your disconnect.
