SouthCentral WI | I asked this same question a great many years ago. How do you splice 3 or more feeds to separate sub panels. Never got a answer that made any sense.
There was always "you need to find the rating for the connection" and see if it will except what you want to do.
Can't say that I could ever find a rating for a new box, much less a 20 year old one.
Any more, I just use a split bolt connector that is rated for what I need.
