I was most certainly damaged in '18 and '19.
Ag Web has had several articles on this . You will need to provide proof of the damage and proof of the yield loss , dated back to the time it occurred and it sounded pretty complex ..
Some said it wont be pretty and there wont be any winners on either side of the fence down on the farm .
So it's like the syngenta debacle???...the first group provides all the evidence to build the case, and the smart ones just wait for the class action to happen???
