The concrete post in the photo is 96 yrs old! Recently a very slow leak was discovered in the town supply pipe just near this post. Could have gone unnoticed for over a year. A nearby plant was doing very well, but the moisture has gotten into the re-inforcing in the 96 yr old post, and the rust has cracked the concrete. We have now cured the leak! I think I can include a 'Google earth" street shot of the church building - built 1925. Any suggestions as to how to best go about 'fixing' the post.?
