South Texas | I think that means you want pressure at 60-80 psi BEFORE you open the inductor line valve. So you need your hydraulic flow up enough, and then close that sparge valve until 60+ psi, and then open inductor line valve. When you open the inductor the pressure will drop, but the previous step made sure you would have adequate flow for the inductor to function.
The little valve up high is tank rinse.
Edit: Reading again I believe the previous poster is correct on the other valve you were wondering about.
