Lots and lots of boats/campers sold in the last year,way above previous annual sales,so the storage units will be full here,no one wants them in their yard (if they have a yard) and the ice and snow ruin boat hulls and those fancy seats,storage as long as roof is super.Needs to have bird control so you get some animal work...
