WC Ohio | I installed a GSI quiet dryer last summer. I am very pleased how quiet it is. You can easily and safely work around it without hearing protection.
If you are planning on an air system to move grain away from the dryer then you will have to deal with a lot of noise. I had a “sound-proof/noise reducing” enclosure built that I set over top of the blower and it made a HUGE difference. It is a steel enclosure with 3” sound reducing foam lining the interior.
