I have 100 psi on fuel pressure gauge. I installed a new check valve/relief valve as it originally only had about 65 pounds at idle and maybe 80 at higher rpms. Has 90 at idle and will hit 110 now. No engine codes that I can get off dash. I am sure this thing will run well once we figure out the issue. As far as I know engine has 1.6 on it with 650,000 on complete overhaul.

Your fuel PSI is excellent. Doesn't sound like fuel to the injectors is a problem. Just need to get more fuel "through" the injectors. Does it smoke at all??
