Starting too look like major Spring heaving problem for NCWI alfalfa crop. With current forcast protective snow will be gone by Mar. 15 or before. With our heavy clay soils and probably 45+ days of freezing nites and 40 degree days ,its not looking good.
Perfect Maple sugar weather but not so much for alfalfa .
