Are any of your FSA offices combining farms that you own and putting everything in one county under the same farm number? How are/do they handle ARC/PLC yields? How are/do they handle crop bases? Local FSA is combining farms and saying this is an old rule and should have been done long ago. I can see this on farms that join, but those that dont, I just dont get it.
