Agreed. I quit soda/pop almost two years ago. I was a one or two pop a day guy. just decided to quit. Didn't have one for about a year, switched to water. Definitely lost a little weight, and gained a heck of a lot of self control. Feel better, less headaches. I maybe have 1 pop a month, and every time i have it, i think "gosh that wasn't as good as i hoped, why did i do that"
