Find a vet supply or clinic, buy yourself a prolapse needle and cotton thread and push the rectum in and run a stich around the rectum and tie it off. Give her a shot of liquimican LA. Might be some youtube videos but pretty simple. Problem with rectal prolapse is that the ball cuts off the ability to pee so the more they have to pee the more they push the rectum out.
