East Central MN | I have made sump guards for all my bins as well, some I made as square boxes with cattle panels cut up for the cross wire between the rebar frame. One we built like the pyramid ones pictured. The only bin we have had trouble with is the one with the pyramid shape. Soybean pods kinda built up on the sloped sides of the pyramid and stopped the flow. didn't have any trouble with the ones built as a box.
I know for us anyway, we will only build them as a square box. | |
