Just finished a 60x120x18 with 2 sliders and 2 walk doors, wainscoting, 12" overhang, 3 ply 2x8 columns, local contractor built. 12.50/sqft. Booked price probably 6 months ago. I thought it was high but in the ballpark with other bids. Be interested what bids are now.
