I was -8. Had about 40 born that week. Snow was dry, losses are few and easily explained. To be honest, I didn't wear a coat in the afternoon hours. I expected dealing with lots of deads and they didn't happen. After last week, it's still running less than 2% loss. I'll take a cold dry snow over ice any day.
