You need documentation turned on....right? That's what mapping is. That would be on the resources page under the farm and field and all that. You need to pick what you're doing (planting, tillage, etc) and then on the Document menu fill out the appropriate tab that's now next to "new" and there should only be one of them next to the New tab. Put in the bare minimum for it to accept those details if you want but you need something.
