Recently posted asking about Kinze planters and wanting to upgrade to a newer unit. I have found what I am looking for but everything I find is a vacuum unit which the general consensus is my 4430 will not run the hydraulics on it. I agree that it is not up to the task so now if I want to upgrade planters, a tractor is called for.
Not wanting to hijack the earlier post on most tractor for 50k, what is the best upgrade tractor value for a 12/24 center fill planter with vacuum? Want FWA and would pull a grain cart in the fall.
While I have never considered a NH, they seem to be in a good price point and considered to be reliable. Not color blind and I have dealer support in any color in the area so not an issue.
Hate to go into debt for different iron, but may be the time to do it. I have a buyer for my old planter, old tractors are selling good right now.
