One trick towards the end is bid it up by min bid increments till it says “you have tied the high bid you are not the highest bidder” then bump it up by 2 min bids. That way you get the next highest bid and if he puts in a min bid then he will only tie you and still not have it. It’s a way to double the min bid if your getting close to walking away
Or just to see how far to push the other guy if the item is going fairly cheap. |
