Good post and I will remember this. Do a little research on how deficient humans are on Mag. and all the things it causes. Being low will cause high blood pressure and when they put you on  BP meds it sucks even more Mag out of your system. I had an old guy years ago say that when cattle were flighty to an excess they could be low on mag. and remembered that. I just had not really linked it to this though.
