Glenwood, Mn		Here, it’s one house per 40 unless otherwise pre approved. I’m not a fan of people telling me what to do with my land but it does stop urban sprawl.

The one house per 40 holds true for new construction. Existing farm sites you can split off the tillable from the homestead. 5 acres.
