My '96 is having some problems starting in temps below 50degrees
Mechanic said glow plugs were good. He said sometimes that the glow plug relay can act up.
So, I changed that with a new motorcraft. Still didn't help.
Batteries and starter are good. Plug it in over night, and it fires right up.
