We don't refrigerate eggs unless it's the middle of summer, just keep then on the counter, been doing this for at least 20 years, older eggs peel better, my son read to put vinegar in the water, not a little, 2 cups, 1 day old eggs peel really well, I will try tomorrow and let you know, he says it works as advertised.
