Only way that has ever worked for me.....stick a pin hole in the end of the eggs before boiling. I use an ice pick with sharpened fine point.. Cover eggs with tap water in pan and bring to medium boil for seven minutes. If I want to peel immediately, cover with ice to cool so they are not too hot to handle. Works every time.
