Newfane NY | They lie and then they keep lying to you. The people on the phone I just very short term employees it seems like six months at the most and then they quit. They also talk to you like you are not spending your money that you are spending the bosses money so an extra hundred dollars a load does not make a difference. I do have a Cabbage customer that will use them once in a while and have about a 50% chance of the truck showing up the day that it is supposed to.
Most of the trucks in our hire are handled by a local broker who I have a done business worth for almost 40 years. He tells the truth and gives me a fair price.
In case I forgot to tell you, they lie. | |
