I’ve been thinking that too. Running a big antenna costs some real bucks. Today the local channels can run an app a lot cheaper, and can get paid a few cents per subscriber on cable, rather than paying for the transmitter.
Bandwidth keeps getting sold off for more cell phones and communications, less space allowed for tv.
Broadcast Televison ending?
