Eastern NE KS | We have our 10-15 fall calves wintered with the spring calvers, 85-90 head. Bull is in Thanksgiving to Valentines. Plenty of riding until bred. Less than 5 unknown dead calves over 15 years. Two backwards, pulled and saved by lucky timing.
Hard to see your pattern in this experience. Perhaps I'm lucky. Is this common for other folks on here?
