There has to be more to the story...........and I would be curious to hear it. We have some hourly and some salary, it's like a lot of other thing on here, it doesn't matter what nat says. It needs to be discussed between the employer and employee and decide from there. Some of our guys are part time or low hours so hourly works there, salary works for others.....
